- How much is shipping?
For domestic orders, the rates vary from €3 - €10
For international orders, depending on your country, the rates varyfrom €6 - €17.
- When will you ship my order?
I usually ship my orders at the end of the week. Sometimes I have time in between the days to do it, so I'll update you if so!
- What shipping method do you use?
I use Ireland's national post office, An Post to ship your orders.
- Is my order trackable?
I offer two options at checkout; non-trackable and trackable. I highly suggest tracking your order.
- How long will it take to arrive?
For domestic orders, usually 1-2 working days. For international orders, it can vary from 3-5 days to 7-14 days. But please understand that delays and mishaps can happen.
- My order is missing/hasn't arrived.
Please give a leeway of 30 days maximum after estimated arrival date, if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days- please contact me!
- My order is damaged from arrival.
Sometimes the shipment takes a rough hit from traveling; if so- please contact me.
